Al Mirqab Remit App can be downloaded from Android Play Store and iOS App store.
For registering online you should have a valid Qatar ID & active Qatar mobile number, no other ID will be accepted.
If you are a new customer who doesn't send any transactions even through our branches, download our app and proceed to Register. Once you have done the registration, our team will verify the details & documents you have submitted and activate your account by sending you the User name & Password as an SMS to your registered mobile number.
If you already sent transactions from our branches but new to online, download our app and contact our dedicated customer care team for online at 44886651 to activate your account and further assistance.
No, Al Mirqab Remit App can be accessed only from Qatar.
Through Al Mirqab Remit App, you can send money to a Bank Account and Cash Pick up to your beneficiry name to the countries India, Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Egypt, Bangladesh & Jordan.
To Philippines you can also send money to mobile wallet like Gcash & Payamaya.
Once you submitted the transaction and proceed, you will be directed to the Qpay Payment Gateway page where you need to enter your Debit card details such as Card number, Expiry month & year, OTP from your Bank, and debit card Pin number. Once all details are entered correctly the transaction amount will be debited from your account and the transaction will be processed.
Payments can be done from any Q PAY enabled bank debit cards.
Add beneficiary option is available in both Bank transfer & Cash pick up mode.
Once you have added the beneficiary, same time it will be ready to send as it doesn't required any approval from Exchange side.
For deleting, tap on the beneficiary and swipe left.
You can view or download previous transactions details from the option Transaction Report.
In cases requiring amendment of transactions, remitter shall sent email from his / her registerd email address to Al Mirqab customer care team at enquiries@almirqabexchange.com with correct beneficiry details and shall call 44886651 for immediate action. The email must contain Transaction refernce number and identification document (QID copy)
Amendment is only possible if the transaction is Unpaid.
Cancellation requests shall be sent to customer care email enquiries@almirqabexchange.com and call at 44886651 for immediate action.
Please note, transactions can be canceled only if its got returned from the Beneficiary bank / Agent side. Once it is returned from the Beneficiary bank / Agent, Al Mirqab will cancel it on the same day and the refund amount will be credited back to the remitter account (originated account) within 4 to 5 banking days.
Refunds can be made in full amount if the transaction is not processed from Al Mirqab. If it's processed, then applicable charges shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Your Username will be your Qatar ID number and that cannot be changed.
Password can be reset from the option Forgot Password.
You can set password from the option Settings > Security > Change Password.
You can also set transaction Pin as OTP / Fixed Pin / Biometric from the option Settings > Security > Change Transaction Pin.
To unblock user, you should contact our customer care team on 44886651.
You can't delete your user but you may Block the user from the option availble in the Settings > Security > Block Account.
